Ori Karev, JD MBA – Chief Business Officer
Ori has lead as CEO of several companies in both Healthcare Insurance and Healthcare delivery. As CEO of UHGI (UnitedHealth Group International), Ori oversaw the growth of UHGI’s Insurance, Reinsurance and Administration activities in North America, Asia and LATAM. Over the course of his career he founded, managed or invested in TPAs, a Reinsurance Intermediary, and an HMO; as well as several technology startups including TreeWay and Gett. Ori is a member of the NY and CT bars; and, holds a Juris Doctor, an MBA and a BA. Ori resides in the US.
Moshe Meiseles, CTO
Moshe has over 20 years of experience in the startup industry. He has served as CTO or VP R&D at several startups including Seculert, OpTier, Skybox Security (which he co-founded), Memco (now CA) and New Dimension Software (now BMC). Moshe has extensive experience in building and growing top-notch R&D organizations and delivering successful products. Moshe earned his BA in Computer Science and Classical Studies from Bar-Ilan University (Summa Cum Laude).
Galit Israeli, LL.B Law – COO
Galit has nearly 15 years of experience in senior high-tech management roles. Prior to joining MedAware, Galit acted as a lawyer in the private sector and held senior operations & international marketing roles at several startups, including Skybox Security, an enterprising software company providing risk analytics for cyber security.
Eitan Israeli, PhD – Operation Research and Algorithms
Eitan is a graduate from the Israeli army’s prestigious Talpiot program and a retired Israel Air Force Colonel with vast experience in operation research, optimization, and system analysis. Before joining MedAware, he led research groups in the IAF, Israel Military HQ and IBM Haifa Research Lab. Eitan received a PhD in Operation Research from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey CA in 1999, and currently teaches Simulation and Operation Research in Holon Institute of technology.
Jordan Feder, MBA – VP Business Development
Jordan has years of experience in Israel’s venture investment ecosystem. Prior to joining MedAware, Jordan managed GE Ventures Israeli healthcare investment activities, where he primarily focused on SaaS, digital health, and healthcare IT Startups. Jordan holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MA in Nonprofit Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
